Round herringbone
We know herringbone, of course, as a beautiful pattern for wooden floors. A herringbone parquet floor is stylish and timeless and is perhaps one of the most famous interior design items. Now you will also find this beautiful herringbone pattern on tabletops at Table du Sud.
Herringbone
Need something other than a straight oak tabletop? Then take a look at our sturdy and rather fun herringbone tabletops. The herringbone tabletops consist of oak planks, and the tabletops can be treated with any colour. The tabletop is then surrounded by a metal strip. The height of the surround is 5 cm as standard, which is the same thickness as the tabletop.
Because we also want to offer you plenty of choices and made-to-measure herringbone tables, you will find the herringbone pattern in a variety of different tabletop shapes:
- Rectangular herringbone tables – sturdy, rugged, but elegant tables that provide a centrepiece for any home.
• Oval herringbone tables– the benefits of a modern oval tabletop, with a smart and timeless herringbone design. - Round herringbone tables – sturdy, robust but elegant tables that provide a centrepiece for any home.
Industrial frames
Our herringbone tables can also be combined with a variety of industrial frames. If you want to be able to place dining room chairs all the way round the table then either the Gap herringbone dining table or the oak XX herringbone dining table would be a good choice for you. With other frames, such as the U-shaped leg, the legs are closer to the head of the table, meaning you have more room for your feet.
Our herringbone tables are classics, with a hint of modern, industrial style. Combine the oak tabletop with an oak frame if you just love a all-oak table. You can then also choose a sturdy metal or stainless steel frame for a slightly more modern look.
Craftsmanship
Those who like the industrial look probably are not looking for mass production. Our oak tables are all made by craftsmen in our own workshop in Heeze. We use the plane to create magnificent tabletops from raw timber beams and we weld the metal frames ourselves. In this way, we create unique items you will not find anywhere else. Want to see our tables in real life? Drop by at one of our showrooms in Nieuwkoop or Heeze. At the Heeze showroom you can even look into the workshop.
