In the spotlight: concrete dining table Cabo
Every now and then we like to highlight one of our dining tables. These are usually tables that we’re very fond of and deserve some extra attention.
This time it's the turn of the concrete dining table Cabo, one of our new pearls. In this blog you can read everything about this striking dining table.
Striking design
Most Table du Sud tables are symmetrical, but the Cabo is not. In addition, the Cabo doesn’t just surprise through a few details, it surprises through its entire frame! This frame consists of a relatively wide pillar and a square, which is mounted transversely under the table. Together, these two shapes carry the tabletop with ease.
So, you can rightly say that the Cabo is an asymmetrical table. Are you a fan of striking shapes, like this one? Then read the blog about asymmetrical dining tables and discover, for example, the pebble shape.
Living styles
The Cabo might be very striking appearance-wise, it still manages to fit within several living styles. The most obvious choice is of course the industrial living style. This style matches very well with concrete and the Cabo allows you to give your industrial interior an artistic twist. In short, a win-win!

Concrete
When looking for a new dining table, you naturally think about the material of your tabletop. Chances are that you automatically imagine an oak top, but did you know that we also use other materials for our tables here at Table du Sud? Think, for example, of tabletops made of ceramics, marble, and tree trunks. Of course, concrete also belongs to this list. Are you looking for inspiration? Custom work from our own workshop
You always buy custom work at Table du Sud. We work without stock, which means we work specifically for you. You’re welcome in our furniture stores in Heeze, Utrecht, Rotterdam, and Deventer to compose your table, but you can also do so online. One example of the customisation we offer is, for example, the size of your tabletop. Do you opt for a relatively small top of 1.80 m in length, or do you go for one that’s 3 meters long? What’s nice to know is that we also have 4 colours of concrete in store for you. Light Grey is the typical concrete colour, while White (slightly lighter) and Charcoal (slightly darker) are also beautiful variants. The most eye-catching colour is Basalt. This one leans more towards black.
