Round dining table 130 cm

Do you want a round dining table for 6 people and don't have much space? Then it is possible to go for a round dining table of 130 cm. We do want to mention that this is really a minimum size for a round dining table. If you're looking for some comfort, we recommend you take a look at whether the 140 cm, 150 cm or 160 cm also fit your interior. 130 cm is officially a size for a 5-person round dining table.

Round dining table 140 cm

In our opinion, a round dining table of 140cm is the minimum size you need if you are looking for a round dining table for 6 people. If, as in the image below, you have dining chairs with armrests, our advice is to get a round dining table with a diameter of at least 150 cm. To be clear, 140 cm or 150 cm refers to the diameter of the table top.

Round dining table 150 cm

Do you have (or want) dining chairs with armrests? Then choose a round dining table of 150 cm or 160 cm. The 150 cm round dining table is also the first size that we can say with certainty is suitable for 6 people. So you have more than enough room to move around and relax your feet.

Round dining table 160 cm

Do you like to sit spaciously and do you have the space in your dining room or kitchen to set a large table? Then you can also opt for a round dining table of 160 cm. With this size, you have enough room anyway and you can even fit 7 chairs if everyone sits narrower and tucks in.

Hence, the 160 cm round dining table is recommended for a dining table of 6 people.

Space around your round dining table 6 people

Try to map out the maximum space you want to reserve for your new addition at home. That way you avoid getting in a tight spot or having too much space left over. For the distance from the edge of the tabletop to the wall, we recommend reserving at least 80 cm.

Base
