Sustainable delivery throughout the Netherlands

We are constantly working to optimise our processes. First off, we don’t work with stock, but according to a Make to Order philosophy. In addition, we have covered the roof of the workshop and showroom with solar panels to generate the electricity we need for our hypermodern machines. In terms of deliveries, we use an advanced planning system. 

This system enables our planning department to plan efficient routes for our couriers. In practice, a furniture-filled van drives from Heeze to South Limburg, carrying six tables. Basically, it doesn’t happen that we first deliver a table in Haarlem and then have to drive all the way to Enschede to deliver a set of dining chairs. This way of working saves fuel and keeps our environmental footprint as small as possible.

Free delivery to the ground floor

It's good to know that we deliver our dining tables free of charge throughout the country, even if you live in North Groningen, which is relatively far away. If we take a closer look at our delivery policy, we can tell you that orders with a value exceeding € 250 are delivered free of charge to the ground floor. The latter is an important factor in our delivery, as we always assume we can deliver to the ground floor. We do charge extra for the use of a moving lift or delivery to a different floor. Free (sustainable) assembly

We transport our tabletops and frames separately. We do this with a few advantages in mind. Logistically, this is a conscious choice because it allows us to load many more dining tables, meaning we can visit more addresses in one day. This efficiency also leads to a more economical use of fuel. Nice to know: when loading our vans, we use blankets to protect the vulnerable parts of dining tables, with the extra benefit of saving on packaging material! On the day of delivery, our couriers will not only deliver, but assemble your table as well. After putting the table in the right place, you can immediately start enjoying your new purchase!
