The size of the tabletop is one of the most important decisions you need to make. In any case, it’s a good idea to get started with some tape at home, so you know exactly how big your space is and what its possibilities are. In the case of a compact 100 cm round dining table, we can imagine you want to make efficient use of the available space. If you want to seat four people, we advise you to at least go for a dining table of 100 cm.

We would like to mention that our advice of 100 cm is based on dining chairs without armrests. Do you have robust dining chairs with armrests? Then go for a round dining table of 110 cm.
Good to know: the 110 cm round dining table refers to the diameter of the table top. This way you can exactly map out what size fits your room(s) best!
Round dining table 120 cm
Would you like to play it safe and be able to sit a bit roomier with 4 people? Then choose a tabletop with a diameter of 120 cm. Then you can be sure you're sitting comfortably (haha). This size also gives you the space to add an extra chair if everyone backs up a bit.
A base with a diameter of 120 cm also gives you more legroom. This is because the sizes 100 cm, 110 cm and 120 cm use this size of base. So our tip here is: opt for a round dining table of 120 cm if you prefer to sit a bit more spacious, provided the space allows it.
