Want something really different shape-wise? Then go with a pebble-shaped Fenix Elegance table! At Table du Sud we have all kinds of different shapes and materials in store for you. Combine Fenix Elegance with the increasingly popular pebble shape and get a dining table that steals the show. Are you planning to go for a pebble-shaped dining table, or are you just orienting? Whatever it may be, you’re in the right place, right here. Below, we have collected all relevant information for you.

What’s pebble-shaped? And what’s Fenix Elegance?

In our workshop in Heeze we make all our tabletops and frames ourselves. This means complete freedom when it comes to making and inventing new furniture. One of our newest shapes is the pebble shape. You can best describe the pebble shape as a drop of water. If you’re looking for a dining table without hard lines, this might be the solution for you!

So, the pebble shape! In this case, the tabletop is made of Fenix. Fenix is a thin sheet material with a nano-tech coating. This sheet material is made of paper (more than 60%) and thermosetting resin. The outer surface is treated with a new generation acrylic resin, which is hardened and fixed through an electron steel curing process. Pretty technical talk, but the result is a surface with an exceptionally matte and soft structure. Thanks to the electron beam curing process, the surface has acquired a kind of memory of its own. This memory can be activated by using heat to repair small scratches. Useful? Absolutely! Fenix Elegance has a bit more body than regular Fenix and different looks as you can see.

Choose your colour

At Table du Sud you get the opportunity to determine the details of your dining table yourself. That also applies to the colour. You may automatically think of only black with Fenix, but nothing could be further from the truth. In totality, we have 20 Fenix colours for you. This means there’s always a colour available to match with your taste and the rest of your interior.

Are you having trouble choosing the right colour? Try to consider the rest of the interior and especially the incidence of light. Naturally, your new colour should match well with your other furniture. In terms of light, it‘s smart to try and imagine how the table looks in your home. Will it be placed in a room where the sun has free rein? Then a dark colour can suddenly appear a lot lighter.
