Terms and conditions giveaways Table du Sud

1. Participation in giveaways is free of charge.
2. Participation takes place when you have responded to Table du Sud social media or, if applicable, completed a registration form.

1. One-time participation per person and/or customer number.

2. Participation in giveaways is only possible for persons aged 18 or older.

3. Employees of Table du Sud are excluded from participation in giveaways.
4. The duration of giveaways and the moment of announcing the winner(s) is always stated in the social media post or on the form to be completed.
5. Table du Sud is at all times authorised to change promotional conditions in the meantime or to stop the promotions without providing reasoning. 

1. Personal data of participants will not be released without consultation and will not be provided to external parties, unless permission has been given to receive a newsletter from an external party.
2. Personal data of participants may be used internally for registering for the fonQ newsletter, if permission has been given.
3. All promotions are subject to Dutch law.

1. The winner of a giveaway is chosen by drawing lots in an impartial manner.
2. The winner of a giveaway will receive a personal message via the respective social media channel. If an email address has been given out, the winner will be notified by email.
3. If the winner does not report within a week of announcement, a new winner will be selected.
4. Table du Sud is authorised to exclude persons from participation if there is a suspicion of unlawful participation or fraud.
5. Participants who have not won a prize will be notified by email.
6. It is not possible to exchange the awarded product for another product or amount of money.


Easter competition

1. The competition runs from March 31 to April 14.
2. By registering via the registration form you will be included in the draw.
3. The competition concerns a dining table of a maximum of €2750 and consists of an oak or walnut table top with an oak, walnut or steel base. Other furniture is excluded from this promotion. An additional payment can be made for a more expensive table.
4. If you place an order between March 31 and April 14 and enter your details via the link, you also have a chance to win the free dining table. In that case, the amount of maximum €2750,- will be adjusted on the invoice. The order must have been placed between these dates. Previous and subsequent orders are excluded from this competition.
