General Contest Terms & Conditions

Participation

1. Participation in contests is free of charge.

2. You can participate by responding via the Table du Sud social media channels or, where applicable, by completing the registration form.

3. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Participation is open only to persons aged 18 years or older.

5. Employees of Table du Sud are excluded from participation.

6. The duration of each contest and the date on which the winner(s) will be announced are always stated in the relevant social media post or on the registration form.

7. Table du Sud reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions at any time or to terminate the contest without prior notice.

Personal Data

1. Participants’ personal data will not be disclosed or shared with third parties without consent, unless explicit permission has been granted to receive a newsletter from an external party.

2. Participants’ personal data may be used internally to subscribe to the Table du Sud newsletter, provided permission was given during the contest.

3. All contests are governed by Dutch law.

Winner

1. The winner of a contest will be selected through a random drawing conducted impartially.

2. The winner will be notified personally via the social media channel through which the contest took place. If an email address has been provided, the winner will be notified by email as well.

3. If the winner does not respond within one week of notification, a new winner will be selected.

4. Table du Sud reserves the right to exclude participants from the contest in cases of suspected unlawful participation or fraud.

5. Participants who did not win will be informed by email.

6. It is not possible to exchange the awarded product for another product or for a cash equivalent.

Fumé Contest

1. This contest runs from October 6, 2025 through November 3, 2025.

2. To participate, scan the QR code displayed in one of the five showrooms and answer the multiple-choice question by identifying the correct fragrance notes.

3. The prize consists of a dining table and up to 6 dining chairs from the Table du Sud Sélect collection. Other furniture items are excluded from this contest. If a more expensive table is chosen, the difference may be paid by the winner.

4. This giveaway gives you the chance to win a new dining set. Previous purchases cannot be refunded or compensated.
