Agreement for Self-Billing and Data Sharing with the Tax Authorities
By signing this agreement, you agree to the following terms:
Self-Billing Rules:
1. You authorize Table du Sud to prepare and issue invoices on your behalf for the goods and/or services you have provided, in accordance with the self-billing rules established by the Tax Authorities.
2. You commit not to send separate invoices for the goods and/or services for which self-billing has been agreed upon.

Data Sharing with the Tax Authorities:
1. You agree that Table du Sud may share your information with the Tax Authorities if legally required or necessary for compliance with tax legislation.
Responsibilities and Obligations:
1. You remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided to Table du Sud that is necessary for the preparation of the invoices.
2. You commit to promptly inform Table du Sud of any changes to your information, such as address changes or changes in your VAT status.
