If you opt for Protexx's stain service, your rug is guaranteed to be stain-free for 5 years. Protexx is a professional protection product and ensures that the carpet is optimally protected against stains from foods and drinks after treatment. These cannot cause permanent stains due to the protection of Protexx.
The stain service includes all stains caused by:
Beverages, foodstuffs and all human and mammal secretions and excretions.
Warranty card
The “Protexx Carpets set” includes a service certificate. The set is suitable for a carpet of up to 10 m2. Keep the purchase invoice of your carpet in combination with the service certificate. This is your guarantee certificate. With this warranty certificate you can rely on the Protexx service for the entire service period.
