Thank you so much for choosing to shop with us and for placing your trust in our services. You'll soon be able to enjoy your new purchase! Before you do, we'd like to bring your attention to a few important updates to ensure a seamless experience. We've summarized them for you below.
Order Confirmation
1. Please take a moment to carefully review your order confirmation. The furniture items listed on this confirmation are the ones we will deliver to you.
2. If you need to make any minor adjustments to your order, such as changing the color or size, please notify us via email at order@tabledusud.nl within 3 days of placing your order. After this period, your furniture will begin production. Should you request changes after this window, an additional charge of €350 will apply, and we may need to reschedule your delivery date.
3. You can expect to receive your digital order confirmation within 10 days.
4. Ensure that the name on your order is correct, as this will be used for invoicing purposes. Please note that our system does not allow us to change the name from personal to business or vice versa once the order is confirmed.
Delivery
1. You have the flexibility to arrange our delivery at your convenience. We'll provide you with a proposed delivery date 6 weeks prior to the scheduled delivery.
2. Should you need to change the delivery date you've initially selected, you can do so up to 4 weeks before the agreed-upon date. You're allowed one-time postponement of up to 3 weeks. Changes made after this period will incur storage fees.
3. We highly recommend securing the iProteqt service when you purchase upholstered furniture to extend your warranty to 5 years. Please note that the maintenance product included is not applied by us at our warehouse; you'll need to apply it yourself post-delivery. Keep in mind: The final order date for iProteqt is 10 days prior to delivery.
Payment
1. Upfront payment is not necessary.
2. You'll be sent an invoice from us 5 days ahead of the delivery date. We kindly request that you settle the invoice using iDeal before the delivery takes place.
