Organic shapes are seen more and more often in Dutch interiors. In mid-2023, we developed the Abu and Dollop shapes to meet that demand. By organic shapes we mean natural shapes, such as clouds and water drops. The Abu shape is notable for its lack of straight lines and angles. At Table du Sud, we only work with high-quality wood that we have real confidence in. In addition to oak there’s walnut. Our walnut wood is known for its warm appearance and its pure quality. Frame | W-frame
The frame of your table is naturally just as important as the tabletop. If you go for originality, we recommend the W-frame. The element under the long side flares out, while the uprights on the short sides point back to the centre. Do pay close attention to the future location of your dining chairs. We custom-make your frame with our own hands in our own workshop! Plastic caps are attached to the bottom of the frame to protect the floor. Tip: we also sell separate frames.
