Oak dining table
Do you prefer a smooth and tight tabletop? Then go for new oak! With this option, the knots and cracks in the top are filled with a special resin for a sleek look. You can choose to fill the knots with a wood-coloured resin, or with a black resin for it to stand out more.
Do you prefer a characteristic look? Then choose lived oak. With this option, the knots and cracks are not filled and the top is brushed for the lived-in look. Would you like to know more about the material we use? Then check all the ins & outs about our oak wood.
Danish oval
A Danish oval table is at its widest in the middle. This is also the width that you see in the measurements. 20 cm inwards from the end sides, the table will be 40 cm narrower compared to the middle. Where a normal oval table slopes towards a point, the Danish oval shape turns inwards at the end at a flattened, almost rectangular angle! So please note: the table is not 40 cm narrower at the head, but 20 cm inwards from the head side.
Wooden frame | XX 11x11 oak
We create the robust oak XX frame out of solid oak beams with a thickness of 11x11 cm. The design and placement of the leg ensure that the space around the table can be used as optimally as possible. The combination of a wooden frame with a wooden tabletop makes for a sleek whole. Is the 11x11 just not for you? Take a look at our other frames.
We customise your frame with our own hands in our own workshop! Plastic caps are attached to the bottom of the frame to protect the floor.
