More information
Danish oval oak dining table Eqone, available in different colours and sizes.
The Table du Sud star; the Danish oval dining table!
Danish oval
Just like a standard oval table, a Danish oval table is widest in the middle (this is also the width you find in the measurements). The difference, however, lies in the course of the shape towards the end sides. 20 cm from the end sides, the table is 40 cm narrower than it is in the middle. Where the shape of a standard oval table runs towards a point, the Danish oval shape ends in a flattened, almost rectangular corner! That's how you easily fit an extra chair at the end sides! Check out our other Danish oval tables for more inspiration.
Oak dining table
Do you prefer a smooth and tight tabletop? Then go for new oak! With this option, the knots and cracks in the top are filled with a special resin for a sleek look. You can choose to fill the knots with a wood-coloured resin, or with a black resin for it to stand out more.
Do you prefer a characteristic look? Then choose lived oak. With this option, the knots and cracks are not filled and the top is brushed for the lived-in look. Would you like to know more about the material we use? Then check all the ins & outs about our oak wood.
Frame | Eqone
Beautiful in its simplicity, yet the highlight of the dining room; a table with a real wow effect! Specifically for the design enthusiast whose heart starts beating faster upon seeing clean lines and beautiful materials. Is the Eqone just not for you? Take a look at our other frames.
We custom-make your frame with our own hands in our own workshop! Plastic caps are attached to the bottom of the frame to protect the floor. Tip: we also sell separate frames and maintenance products for your new table.
