We developed the Danish oval shape in our own workshop in Heeze. It is ideal for families, and just as perfect if you love hosting cosy evenings with friends or family. A key benefit of this practical shape is the straight end. It makes it easy to add an extra chair, including a child’s chair. That way you can create two additional seats with ease. Material | Fenix
Fenix may be less well-known than oak or ceramic, but it’s definitely worth considering. It’s scratch- and wear-resistant, available in a wide range of colours, and easy to clean, in 99% of cases, a damp cloth is all you need. That makes it ideal for families with kids. As mentioned earlier, this base is the result of a collaboration with Onno Adriaanse in 2026. The Duo base consists of two sets of paired L-shaped legs, which you can position exactly the way you want. This allows you to define both the look and functionality of your table.
